The Maynard Entrepreneurial Internship Program was set up to encourage more Tuckies to seek internships with smaller companies. As you know, startup salaries are generally lower than those of more established companies. To offset (some of) this difference, the Maynard Program subsidizes the salary of a Tuckie who works for an approved company. That subsidy is $5500, paid in one check at the start of the summer. To be approved into the program, a company must
- be U.S. based
- have less than $50 million annual revenue
- have fewer than 200 employees
- never have participated in the program before
- be willing to pay at least the minimum required stipend (currently $8,000)
Some opportunities are sourced through the Career Development Office and the Tuck Center for Private Equity and Entrepreneurship, but you are encouraged to find companies on your own that interest you.
Here is a list of past Maynard internships.

Jonathan Masland is the CDO contact for the program.
